Kerdi Altemiyat is Chairman of Estedama, providing strategic direction and governance oversight for the company. He brings more than 24 years of cross-industry experience spanning energy, telecommunications, and digital innovation, with a track record of building and scaling products and businesses from the ground up.

His career includes senior roles at STC and Saudi Arabian Chevron. His background combines an engineering foundation with strong commercial and operational expertise, including managing large-scale, diversified service and product portfolios, leading high-stakes commercial negotiations, and founding and advising ventures across energy, fintech, and technology.

He has a longstanding focus on environmental sustainability and the circular economy, and has applied this experience to building innovative solutions in industrial, environmental services and clean energy. Kerdi holds an MBA from Colorado University and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona.

Faleh Aldossary

Faleh Aldossary is Chief Executive Officer of Estedama, where he leads the company's strategic direction and operations across the environmental and industrial services sector. With more than 12 years at Estedama, he has been instrumental in driving the company's growth, investing in new technologies to build a competitive advantage in the market. He has led the diversification of Estedama's client portfolio and service offering, positioning the company to deliver integrated, turnkey solutions to clients across the environmental and industrial sectors. He established the company's regional expansion program spanning the GCC and North Africa and continues to play a central role in overseeing Estedama's operations, service quality and long-term performance.

Turki Al-luhaid

Turki Al-Luhaid is a Saudi Certified Public Accountant (SOCPA) and a US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with more than 20 years of experience in audit, advisory, Zakat, and tax services. He served as an Assurance Partner at Ernst & Young's Riyadh office, having earlier worked with EY Switzerland as part of the audit team for UBS, and spent a year with EY's Zakat and Tax service line. Across his career, he has built a wide range of sector experience spanning Banking & Capital Markets, Telecommunications & Information Technology, Trading & Investments, Oil & Gas, Military Services, Manufacturing, Press & Printing, Healthcare & Hospitals, Contracting & Construction, Real Estate, Food & Catering, and Non-Profit Organizations, working closely with major clients and developing outstanding relationships across the business community. He has also served on the audit committee of Tawuniya Insurance Company and as a financial advisor to numerous companies, and holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from King Saud University.

Mohammed Al-Mudaiheem

Mohammed Al-Mudaiheem is a Board Member of Estedama, providing strategic and governance oversight for the company. He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of Takamol Holding, and brings more than 20 years of experience spanning energy, housing, human capital, and industrial sectors, combining an engineering foundation with high-level policy, organizational, and commercial leadership. Earlier in his career, he held senior government positions including Deputy Minister – Support Services at the Ministry of Energy and Deputy Minister for Lands & Housing Organization at the Ministry of Housing, where he also served as founding Director General of the Real Estate General Authority and led the launch of the Idle Land Levy Program. He held engineering and project roles at ACWA Power International and Saudi Aramco's Riyadh Refinery. Mohammed holds an MBA from London Business School and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona.

Sultan Aldossary is Estedama General manager, leading the company’s circular economy strategy by transforming industrial waste into valuable resources through innovative and sustainable solutions. Before joining Estedama, Sultan built his career at Saudi Aramco, leading the execution of major capital projects across offshore and onshore oil and gas facilities. His experience includes oil production, water injection, produced water handling, water treatment, and utility systems, with responsibility for delivering complex brownfield and greenfield projects from concept through commissioning

Rajesh Nair

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Rajesh Nair is Chief Financial Officer of Estedama, leading the company’s financial strategy, governance, performance management and business planning to support its growth . With over 20 years of leadership experience across telecom, oil and gas services, fintech, data centres, real estate and logistics, he brings strong expertise in business turnaround, fundraising, forecasting, budgeting, procurement, reporting and digital transformation. Throughout his career, Rajesh has led complex and high-value initiatives including IPO readiness and management, mergers and acquisitions, organisational restructuring, corporate governance, policy and procedure development, risk management, and the implementation of cost models, KPIs and MIS frameworks to strengthen financial visibility and operational efficiency. Rajesh holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris. He is also a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Certified Management Accountant from the Institute of Management Accountants of USA.

Chris Hardy

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Chris Hardy is Chief Operating Officer of Estedama, leading the company’s operations and growth in environmental services. He joins from SLB (formerly Schlumberger), where he was most recently Global Operations Manager for Environmental Solutions and previously led a 600-strong field service organisation across Saudi Arabia. With more than 25 years of international experience in energy and oilfield services across Azerbaijan, the UK, the UAE and Saudi Arabia, he holds a BEng from the University of Bolton and studied Electrical Engineering at North East Scotland College.
